The difference between muscle strength & muscle endurance is that muscle strength is the ability to exert a maximal amount of force for a short period of time. For example, muscle strength includes push-ups, weight lifting, pull-ups, etc. And muscle endurance is the ability to use the muscles, many times without getting tired. For example, it includes plank, body weight squads, walking lunges, push-ups, sit-ups etc.

The difference is that muscle strength is when you use your strength to do something which is expressed in slower moments. For example, a heavy squat performed at a slow speed. While muscle endurance its beside on time on how long you can do an excise.
